The Northshore Owners Association, was initially formed with a single focus, maintenance of the Right of Ways the Northshore Development. We, the Homeowners, are responsible for funding all maintenance and mowing as allowed by the Development’s covenants. Thus, the Board of Directors requests an annual contribution for this purpose.
An annual meeting will be held to provide an accounting of the funds contributed and to solicit any input of you, the Owners. Any potential investor in our community of Northshore will not only appraise a particular property, but will also evaluate the appearance of our Right of Ways and roads. Therefore, it is most important that we insure our Rights of Ways are regularly groomed. Remember, your contributions are critical to accomplishing this goal.
